From September 11 to 13, 2024, the 25th International Optoelectronics Exposition, focusing on China’s advanced optoelectronic technologies, was officially held at the Shenzhen Bao’an International Convention and Exhibition Center. Jiite, together with Anshan and Nanjing branches, gathered here (booths 7B31 in Hall 7 and 1A73 in Hall 1) to show visitors Jiite’s product customization capabilities in many current fields, including industrial semiconductor inspection and exposure, industrial vision, photonic beauty, environmental testing, medical testing, laser ranging and many other industry application fields, and discuss with you the new development trends of the industry era.
Optical components of semiconductor testing equipment
Semiconductor testing equipment is an indispensable part of the semiconductor industry chain. They are used to ensure the quality and performance of semiconductor raw materials, wafers in the production process, and final products. In this exhibition, many optical components were brought to the audience, including filters, reflectors, lenses, prisms, light guide rods, lenses, etc. The spectral effects displayed include 266nm reflective semiconductors, 193nm reflective semiconductors, 355nm transmissive semiconductor filters, 266nm transmissive semiconductor filters, 193nm transmissive semiconductor filters, and 532nm notch filters. The excellent optical effects come from our years of experience and accumulation.
Environmental gas detector application
In this environmental detection optical component exhibit, Jiite displayed many mid-infrared to far-infrared filter products, as well as windows and reflectors. The products covered include 3046nm, 3150nm, 3300nm, 3390nm, 3550nm, 4260nm, 4426nm, 4650nm, 4700nm, 5079nm, 7350nm, 10600nm and other infrared narrowband filter products, 8-14μm infrared bandpass filters, calcium fluoride windows, reflectors and other products, which can effectively detect and identify carbon dioxide CO2, methane CH4, automobile exhaust, alcohol, carbon monoxide CO, carbon dioxide CO2, etc. Many years of experience in customizing infrared filters make Jiite more competitive in the infrared field.
Machine vision lens application display
Machine vision lenses are lenses used to capture images, and their performance parameters include focal length, aperture, depth of field, distortion, resolution, etc. These lenses play a vital role in machine vision systems, improving image quality, achieving precise alignment, and improving recognition accuracy, thereby improving the performance and reliability of machine vision systems. In this exhibit, we have prepared 9-10 groups of multi-piece spherical lens groups, cemented lenses and other lens internal components to achieve high resolution and low distortion of images.
Medical analysis and photon beauty applications
Among the exhibits this time, the medical products involved include pulmonary function tests, biochemical analyzers, fluorescent PCR, POCT clinical testing equipment, etc. The optical components involved include 10nm ultra-narrowband filters, mid-infrared negative/bandpass filters, dichroic mirrors, lenses, cylindrical mirrors, etc. At the same time, we also displayed the internal optical components of products such as ophthalmology and venous instruments, including dichroic mirrors, reflectors, narrowband filters, 532nm notch filters, infrared cutoffs, spectrometers, infrared filters and many other optical components! For home beauty instruments, we provide more customized long-wave filter components for consumer products such as hair removal devices and skin rejuvenation devices, covering various beauty and skin care bands, such as long-wave LP420/LP490/LP600/LP650 and other portable low-power beauty instrument optical components.
Laser radar environment optical components
With cloud computing, big data, and mobile Internet, various sensors have made the information system’s perception of the external environment more colorful, providing more unlimited possibilities for mutual identification, mutual operation or intelligent control between people, vehicles, roads, goods, and systems. For laser scanning systems, we have also launched many application optical components for laser scanning, ranging, etc., such as BP1550 narrow-band filters, cylindrical mirrors, aspherical lenses, flat gold-plated reflectors, prisms, gold-plated reflectors, 360° quartz cylinder covers, radar window covers, and other optical products for intelligent road radar applications.
